What would make this world into a Utopia?

Why?

I chose this idea because I often think about what maintains the status quo and how can creation (or in this case re-creation) take the place of destruction, similar to ‘swords into plowshares’. It is utopian because who is to say who owns or maintains the structures once built? It is utopian because it doesn’t yet exist and although it would be really difficult to make, many people will want to say it’s impossible but I think that’s only because destruction seems easier than being anti-war. Also people make a place, so refugees should be welcome in America as corporations here have made a lot of money since Oct. 7th. Cedric T.
