What would make this world into a Utopia?
The existence of a money printer/allocator that possesses the ability of detecting genuineness; essentially, printing and allocating money based on a one-to-one, real-life proposal. The request is granted based on the detected genuineness of the proposer, its relative priority in relation to other requests within each local community, and clarity of purpose (regarding the usage of the money post allocation).
Why?
Despite the common saying that denotes how money doesn’t buy us happiness, I truly believe that money has the ability to significantly transform one’s life and standard of living. Particularly, ever since I moved to New York and noticed the apparent homelessness crisis, I found myself constantly revisiting the aforementioned statement. In my view, I believe the existence of a money printer/allocator with all the features denoted above will better our world as the everlasting sustainable developing goals will be met at a faster rate once every person is able to pitch their circumstances.
