What would make this world into a Utopia?

The world would be a utopia if limited resources was not such a problem. I’m imagining a screen to be a type of drafting screen that tests hypothesis through ai statistic but like quantum speed style.

Because it’s a problem. It makes people violent and desperate. Money feels like it’s a barrier between the worlds limited resources and its “value” but in a perfect world I think if the educational system was more easily more available to the population impacted than there’d be more technology to fix this.
