What would make this world into a Utopia?

An EEG machine that is also an artificially intelligent robot humanoid that talks with people during bouts of suicide and scans a voters minds and subconscious minds for crimes that they have witnessed

Why?

I saw an autonomous pastor at some point in time a beautiful robot that preaches the word of God I think a computer like that that is an autonomous robot that talks to people during times of suicide and helps us to vote would also help to swear people in it would be nice to have an EEG machine or an MRI lie detector test that can just prove that someone’s telling the truth the whole truth or nothing but the truthful God and I think it would be a really great illustration because you need to have these beautiful booths like they do the bathrooms but instead of the bathroom Booth opening up and it was a toilet it would be a robot sitting there behind a desk with a friendly smile and it would talk with you about your feelings if you’re a suicidal and then it would scan you for any crimes that you had seen in the past.
