What would make this world into a Utopia?

Equal Countries

Why?

IEvery country would have the same amount of land and resources/same size and same amount of population. Each country would also be covered by a clear bubble that allows people to move from one country to another but does not let weapons or hate out. chose this because I think war is horrible and happens too often. Even though this would not prevent war it would make less conflict between countries bc of size and population and resources since they all would have the same. If there was hatred or war intentions the bubble around would not let that through and peace would be brought. Areni O.
