The local butterfly population will be replenished and bolstered as they are so critical to the local fragile ecosystem. The handcrafted outerwear will also help any wayward butterflies on their epic global migration path find their way again as the lining will have magnetic cardinal directions woven into the seams.

Visually the coat will be stunning as the wings will be ever so slightly undulating during dinner parties. The coat will forever be a conversation piece and the slight fluttering of wings will also serve as a natural cooling system for the wearer on sweltering afternoons.

And sometimes on those rough days we just need to be the kaleidoscopic epicenter of life and colour and harmonic resonance with the universe. And be a few mere wing flaps away from being hoisted over all the inherent hurly-burly of the week.
