What would make this world into a Utopia?

Why?

As a woman, I am so so tired of and bored and hurt by being t treated as a special class of person whose  rights and social role are constantly up for debate throughout the world. I want a world where gender is seen as just one more fact of a person’s being – like hair color or a predilection for coffee. I am not asking for a matriarchy — I don’t believe that women would necessarily be better stewards of our society — although I suspect they might be.  I just want to be treated as an ordinary human being with my own particular dreams and desires.
