What would make this world into a Utopia?

I will give two prompts for a utopic world I too believe in a utopic world and have always wanted to be a part of a society such as this I believe the machines that can read people’s minds or rather the machines that can breed people’s brainwave activity could be a very useful machine on each police officer when interacting with civilians I would love to draw a nice big room full of police officers with virtual reality headsets on and a close-up of the virtual reality headsets and what they would look like on the inside I believe a utopic world starts with great police officers and great soldiers I also believe in fantasy and flights of Fancy so the other idea for a Utopia could be a fantastic dream machine a machine that can bring you any dream that you ever desired and all you have to do is punch in the numbers into the beautiful typewriter like keyboard and you will be transported to the dream of your desire that night they could be something pretty that sit on bedside tables like those beautiful little shells that they had back in the ’80s that played every nature sound I miss those as a fellow artist I hope this finds you well and as always I hope you have a utopic day and a utopic night.
