What would make this world into a Utopia?

A continuously connected city with no barriers between live/work/play. abolish money and create a barter system. abolish private property – no ghettos no mansions.

Why?

I am deeply invested in utopias. I thought about no-stop city in Italy as an inspiration for this project. Jason S.
