What would make this world into a Utopia?

The elimination of climate change around the world!

Why?

The current effects of climate change around the world have brought on divesting changes to the worlds atmosphere. I want the climate to go back to normal, without pollution, tornadoes, hurricanes and so on.  Kathleen L.
